FULL-TIME positions
Artistic Director
Responsible for the successful artistic operations of La Crosse Community Theatre as expressed in the mission of the organization. The Artistic Director will report to the Executive Director of La Crosse Community Theatre.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned.):
- Direct no less than 4 productions a year
- Prepare and Maintain production budgets
- Oversee all production spending
- Responsible for marketing of productions
- Serve as chairperson on Play Reading Committee
- Assist Education Director with The School of Theatre Arts
- Supervise Tech Director, Costume Designer, Volunteer Coordinator
- Assist with grants, fundraising and development

Guest Musical Directors
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting in casting.
- Teaching and rehearsing the vocal music to performance level.
- Coordinating the instrumental music with the vocal music.
- Collaborating with the rest of the production staff to insure the highest artistic achievement possible.
SALARY – based on production

Guest Choreographers
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Assisting in casting.
- Teaching and rehearsing the dancing to performance level.
- Collaborating with the Director on the entire movement of the show.
- Collaborating with the rest of the production staff to insure the highest artistic achievement possible.
SALARY – based on production

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Casting
- Rehearsing
- Coordinating the efforts of other artistic staff members, namely: music director, choreographer, scenic designer, costume designer, lighting designer, and technical director to insure the finest artistic achievement possible.
